Chocolate covered almond butter stuffed dates (vegan)
INGREDIENTS- 10 dates 
- 2 tablespoons of almond butter 
- 1 cup of chocolate chips 
- Sea salt 
DIRECTIONS1. Cut a slit in each date to remove the pit, then fill each with almond butter (about 1 teaspoon), repeat and set aside.
2. Place the chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl and melt in the microwave for 10 second intervals, stirring between each (total of 20 seconds).
3. Dip each date into the melted chocolate - use a spoon to cover the date entirely in chocolate. Place chocolate covered date on a plate. 
4. Sprinkle with sea salt. Place the dates in the fridge to allow the chocolate to set (at least 1 hour).
5. Remove from fridge to enjoy immediately.
