Tahini chocolate chip cookies (vegan, gluten-free)
INGREDIENTS- 1 cup almond flour 
- 1 cup tahini 
- 1/2 cup agave syrup 
- 3 tablespoon aquafaba (water from chickpeas) 
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 
- 1 teaspoon baking powder 
- 1 cup vegan chocolate chips 
- Sea salt flakes for topping 
DIRECTIONS- Preheat oven to 350*. 
- Mix the almond flour, tahini, agave in a bowl. 
- Use a spoon / fork or a frother to mix the aquafaba until it froths up. Mix into bowl. 
- Add vanilla, baking powder and chocolate chips into bowl. 
- Mix all ingredients together. 
- Take a scoop of mixture and place on a cookie sheet / oven tray. Spray tray with olive oil cooking spray or apply ghee to prevent the cookies from sticking to the tray. 
- Sprinkle sea salt to each cookie. 
- Place cookies in oven for about 10-15 minutes (if you like really chewy, take out at 10min).
